Anyone watching? I just checked and it's already out! I've seen adverts on youtube. It's on Amazon so I suppose it's all available. Going to download an ep tonight, it has quite the cast, and the genre is one that I like.
Anyone seen The Odessa File?

Watched the first one, enjoyed it a lot.
A very Tarantinoesque vibe.

Watched it all this past week. Not sure it knows what it is, a mix of pulp, politics, satire, political correctness and flares. It sort of works well, but seems a bit forced at times. Having said that, I enjoyed it. It did make me a little uncomfortable at times laughing given the subject matter, but I think that’s the point.

I’m struggling with this. Watched episode one and that was a hell of an opening 30 seconds.

Thought it was quite good and watched episode 2. But

when stuff happened that others have not seen yet

Will give the next episode a go, but I would have preferred it without the bits.
Try not to put so many spoilers in your review eh ?.

Sorry! I thought the correct etiquette was to put *no spoilers* in the title if you were not to discuss the show.

The only etiquette I'm aware of vis-a-vis spoilers is not to post before it's aired in the UK screen time...but that doesn't really work for stuff that gets dumped wholesale on streamers.

But, er yeah, please use spoiler tags.

THe programme can still be discussed and was without blurting out everything (not that Flumpo did this) when a few people have already stated they have only seen one episode or none.
Even so, it wasn't that bad, I still haven't seen any, but what Flumpo said has piqued my interest more than it had been already. Anyhoo it's covered so alls well that ends well.

For me one of the best openings to a programme/film I’ve ever seen. Her acting was incredible...

That was my feeling, sometimes it's almost lighthearted comedy, the next it's all concentration camps with weird made-up 'games' as if real Nazis weren't evil enough and had to be made into comic book characters.

It's a decent watch, but it's not really special imho.

Was going to start a thread on this after seeing the opening scene to end all opening scenes!

I am struggling a bit with the tone of it to be honest but it is very entertaining and well acted so far.

I normally like naked ladies but the shower scene in the first episode didn't do much for me.

I'm enjoying it. I like the pulp stuff and the setting, 70s NY is right up my alley. Some bits are slow, a bit of a mish mash and feel a bit janky, but it works in in general.

The acting is, for the most part, top drawer.

What an excellent piece of music finished the series. Song of a sinner by a group called Top Drawer
