Owing to increased spamming activity, it's been standard practice for a while that new members have limited access at certain times.
After 30 days this restriction should have been removed from your login. Unfortunately this frequently doesn't happen.

If you add a post in the above thread, I'm sure that one of the mods will action the change.

Unfortunately some new users slip through the net and it isn't auto updated (sorry about this). I've done this manually for you though, so you can post whenever you like now....... If you want!
