The best thing to do is sort out some custom bells to use with a standard size rotor from Alcon/AP/etc picked from one of their respective catalogues.
Usually the brake manufacturer catalogues or websites have design details and manufacturing specifications to meet, then all you need to do is find a decent local machine shop to actually make them.
If you know any race or rally teams local to you chances are they will be able to recommend someone

The people offering discs, just get larger discs and machine them to suit anyway.Whether 370, 365, 375...really neglible difference as long as caliper can be made to clear.
Or just machine the larger size down to 371 ( utterly pointless vs 370 though )
