Looking for suppliers of high volume (300k+ per year) small die cast components.

Price point is obviously key - one part example would be 50 x 50 x 20 - 0.05kg weight. - Currently have one supplier (China) need more options (India ect)

Material - ADC12 - or something similar that's cheap!

No post machining

Anyone here have any experience / know of suppliers of volume diecasting?

thanks in advance for any advice

Well, while googling that I came across another alloy called A380 - which is presumably what Airbuses are made of!

No Simpo. It’s a European aluminium casting material specification.

OP. I own a aluminium foundry that was mothballed last year but it does not produce high pressure castings just gravity and low pressure casting so cannot help,

I am aware of that.

I can't supply it either, so that makes two of us.

Maybe ring up someone at GamesWorkshop? Surely given their volumes they're connected/in-housing a bunch of manufacture?
