State Pension Forecast Question

So I got a Pension Forecast. Can Claim from 2028. Currently will get £155 per week. Need 3 more years NI contributions to qualify for full £168 per week

My question is that I thought 35 years contributions qualified for full pension. A check of my NI record shows 43 full years NI. So why have I not already qalified for full £168?

The usual reason is that you were contracted out for a period in the past.

I'm fairly confused by this as well. 30 full years, so only another 18 to go. Never contracted out, 3 less than full ones. Bunch of shysters

How else would you do it ? Total contribution level ?
