Are these legal in the UK?

They dont conform to construction and use regs and are a bit iffy for mot , indicators have to be a certain distance apart for uk use .

You won’t get an mot with that light, I had to adjust mine (replace with legal unit)
Apparently the rules were made more specific a couple of years ago and require a certain distance from each side,
