403 forbidden error on pics

Yes I'm getting 'Iframe loading....' on my iPad, and 'no image selected' on my phone when I try to load an image.

I had the 'no image selected' message recently when trying to upload a pic taken with my iPhone. I believe the issue has to do with iPhone's Live Photo setting, cause when it is enabled, the pic format is HEIC, which is not supported by the uploading tool on the site. Also, the file size is too large - limit is 2mb if i remember correctly.

So i used an online converter to change the pic to jpeg and to reduce the size to below 2mb and it worked correctly.

When loading pics there’s a link to @srlect image size” it’s a pretty small link in blue, but allows you reduce from massive to correct size.

A 6mb pic gets reduced to 900kb on the Large setting.

I'm getting the no image selected as well, are you saying it says no image selected when the file size it to large ?

You get an error if the image is too large, but not a 403 error. From what I've read, the 403 error is a PH server issue, which they need to sort out.
