What's the best app for coding on a SEAT Leon 2018? I've heard good things about Carly (mainly BMW) and Carista? Looking to change some things on my Leon

I use Carista for my mk5 R32 and it works just fine. Reads and erases codes and allows basic coding changes.

If you ask on SEAT forums/FB pages you may find someone local to you willing to plug theirs in to do whatever it is you want doing.

Where are you based?

VCDS is the most complete option, but at quite a cost. Lots of people have it so can usually find someone local to assist if the cost is prohibitive

Obdeleven is very good for VAG stuff. Cheap too.

AFAIK Carly has the most options as far as phone apps, a better option is to Goolge 'Ross Tech' for their cables and software if you want factory level coding.

OBD11 the way to go, it's pretty much a VCDS replacement. You aren't just restricted to Apps, you can do full long coding and adaptations etc.

I was always a VCDS user, but since getting OBD11 I haven't looked back and sold my old kit, as there is nothing I could do before that I haven't been able to do with OBD11.
