Hi

Went out for a ride yesterday on my blade. At significant leptons, the belly fairing became detached, just hanging on by a single bolt with the front fairing.

What’s the best method of repair? Will be looking to track it this summer so doesn’t need to be too extravagant, just solid. There are some other small cracks in other places that will need repair too.

Thanks

Jazoli

I've always used plastex for cracks and minor repairs and fibreglass for bigger ones, if your wife uses acrylic powder and liquid for her nails you could use that too as it's basically the same stuff.

I was looking to try out something called Bondic when I start to repair some cracks this year.

It’s a plastic glue that needs UV cured.

Reviews seem a bit hit or miss though, so still thinking about it.

Fibreglass seems to be the plan then.

I take it you can mix it up and I could do all the little cracks too?

I’m thinking do the reverse on them all and the outside won’t look too bad...
