MOT query / dubious mileage

browsing autotrader and spotted a potential bargain but after a 2 minute MOT check i think i'll steer clear. Or could this be a genuine error?

I'd say it's an admin error, the odometer says 137k in one of the pictures

The fact the two MOTs are 4 days apart seems suspicious. If the MOTs were a year apart, I could believe it was down to an error depending on whether the rest of the car added up. Also consider that it also failed on the 23rd with 134,204. Take into account that if the tester missed that leading 1 by mistake, the car will have done ~3,200 miles in just 4 days? Seems unlikely to me.

Reading the MOTs there seem issues with DPF failures.
I would avoid. Some alarm bells ringing, Pre Euro6 too, I assume. Ex-taxi? Lot of town miles?

Yeah something isn't right there surely.

Even if you assume its 137k why would you get another MOT only 4 days after it's last one? Plus to cover 3k in those 4 days.
