Anyone know this Fulvia?

One of the cars I'm tempted to try again after a 30+ year interval, the last one was a UK car and pretty rotten even then. This one is an Italian supplied car, obviously isn't immaculate but isn't £12k+ either. It's had welding done, the rear panel looks suspect as do other areas. I'm 7 hours away or I'd go and look myself.

Just done some digging, found an earlier photo, from when it was last on ebay in Feb, I know the current vendor has carried out a few improvements, seat re trim, replacement bonnet(??)
But I think I'm now dropping out the running unless anyone can tell me it's a worthwhile project. Looking for a "daily" / clubman competition car
