AP racing clutch Question

Hi all.
Had one of these fitted along with a new master and slave. I then put her to bed for the winter so I only put 150 miles on the new clutch and one thing I noticed was it was a right b
h to pull away smoothly from the lights/ junction etc. It was like the clutch was either open or closed. No real slip for a smooth pull away. I originally thought this was because it was new and it would bed in but wanted to get your views on this or weather there was a possibility of an adjustment?
