Perhaps a few more pieces of info might help?

The clutch isn't releasing. The car's maybe stood for a while. I had this once, iirc had to start the car in gear and stall it.

I've had that a few times too, and did the same thing (first time by accident)

Make sure there is nothing in front of you
Put the car in first
Pull hand brake tight
Put foot firmly on brake
Hover foot above clutch
Start engine

Dip clutch as engine stalls

All joking aside OP, it looks like you don't know much about cars. To save injury call out a professional (or a mate who knows which way is up)

If I can't move it when I depress the cluch and still can't move it then what could it be?

Pistonheads doesn't charge you per word!

If you want help, then you need to state what car you have, what engine & transmission you have, any work you've done/had done recently, what the exact symptoms are.

Expecting people to diagnose a mystery issue with your car with minimal information is not going to help you, and you'll just annoy people on here (if your intention is to annoy or troll then I respectfully suggest that you find a new hobby.)
