Looking to buy an EP3 TYPE R

Hi, just looking for some help with regards to buying an ep3 type r. ive seen a few around and all the low mileage ones tend to be super expensive (£6500 and up, they're not even prem editions and most don't even have air con) I have seen one, a premier edition, looks mint, unmodified, 2 owners, £4750 and on 110k. Does that seem like a reasonable price? I know the engines are literally bomb proof so i'd assume one with this sorta mileage is still going to last.

Sounds reasonable. Check for rust on the arches, check for smooth VTEC engagement and not too much oil being thrown out the back of it.
