Isn’t it about time it had its own section? There so many threads with many more to come so would’nt it be good if they in one place? Especially if it lasts a year

We won't be creating a new sub forum just for CV as there are enough threads now. What we probably will look into doing is stop any more threads being created on it, and if there are any unfounded posts then these will be deleted in line with our rules of posting. So if you see any, please do report them!

There is a serious issue in the main thread with a small number of individuals just deliberately stirring up panic.

At least one of them got banned from a previous volume but the rules on bans being relaxed when a part two is created means that they are soon back in due to the speed of the thread. When it happened before, things calmed down a great deal.

I call on the site owners to exercise some responsibility and make an effort to sort this out. It's not too difficult to spot who the culprits are.

I appreciate and respect this decision but the issue in addition to the points above is that some of the threads, particularly the main one, is so fast moving that it is difficult to keep track of some very good and important points.

It would be a big service to members to be able to separate the discussions the general headings they come under.

C- 19 is impacting all of us and the situation whilst hopefully will come under control quickly, will impact many into the future.

Whilst PH was born as a motoring forum, through the hard work of both the organisers and the contributors it has become far more than that so whilst I respect that the decision not to create a dedicated forum heading is the right one for now, please keep reviewing this as we move forward.

totally agree - its impossible to have a conversation on the current one unless you keep refreshing which leads to a lot of anxiety.

there are many more topics to discuss in detail about it that need to be separate threads it is not the time to start banning threads

PistonHeads, in common with all social media, has a responsibility in the present unprecedented situation to help those who need it.

Some of us are in a position to provide support, advice and answers rather than speculation, opinion and debate but it is increasingly difficult to do so with Coronavirus threads all over the place rather than in a specific section.

Please re-think this decision.

As one of the many people who have been banned from discussing Politics and News on PH , I agree that Corona should be in its own forum. This affects us all no matter what our personal politics are.
