Fleet tracking - Playback on map of multiple GPS tracklogs?
Discussion
Wondering if anyone has done this (fleet tracking) and can point me in the right direction. I'm wanting to do a playback tracking, as you can on Flight Radar for example, and show on a map, using historical data, and for only a small window. The fleet does the same thing every weekday, as they follow a schedule, go to the same places, following the same route, and I want to plot the fleet during a peak. Basically, I want to do this, which uses data from Network Rail via an API:

But replay a one time window of historical data, which is GPS tracklogs, of a fleet. I already can playback one vehicle on a system, but it doesn't do multiple, and I can pull the GPS info out for a period as a kml. I seems to be beyond Google Earth Desktop when I was messing about with it - and probably my computer to do the playback of multiple tracks.
Any suggestions/advice to point me in the right direction?
Cheers.
