Matt white finish

I was my sprinter often but it always seems to get a matt finish on the white paintwork, i have mopped it once before and it reveals a nice gloss finish. The question is how do i get the gloss finish back Without mopping with compound? Is this in fact traffic film?

Will need mopping,wax protection and regular cleaning and rewaxing thereafter.
White is prone to it

Its a right pain
