Intermittent creaking/rattling following exhaust job

Just got the car back from an exhaust fabricator, got him to take off the whole system, seal leaks in the branches at the 4 to 1 on both manifolds, replace gaskets, and rework the ACT Y piece so that ratchet straps are no longer required and to create a perfect seal (more on that later).
While it was there, I asked him to change the bobbins on the exhaust box, change the rubber holding the L shaped bolt at the back end of the system, and we also changed the rear drop links (TVR parts) while we were at it.
Driving it home, there is this very audible squeaking, creaking, rattling sound, coming into the cabin, not sure from where, although sometimes it sounds like it is coming from under the dash and sometimes behind me. It comes and goes, constant over bumpy surfaces, but also squeaking and rattling away while stationary. Its definitely not metallic, sort of a rubbing sound, but high pitched.
Took the car back, lifted it to check for any loose bolts, banged away at the exhaust boxes, couldn't find it. Part of me wonders if it is coming from the body itself as it sounds like it is flexing, but why would it still make the noise, more or less constantly for a minute or two while completely stationary?
I am really not sure where to start because each time I go to check it, it goes away, and for at least a couple of miles, it went away completely, where I thought 'OK, its cured itself' only for it to come back again a minute later.

Will do, might also drop the anti roll bar as well.
I’d do one thing at a time. I’d start with Zeds suggestion. Add a couple of pieces of foam under both top corners of the bonnet and shut it so it can’t flex and vibrate. Helps clear your plenum which with a spacer is very close to touching at any time.
Why drop the rollbar? What purpose will that serve. It’s very easy to check the tailpipes just by tugging them. The roll bar stays static at that point so what is the point of removing it?

Because I also had new drop links fitted, perhaps they have either been over tightened or are loose, although it would not explain the squeaky rattle while stationary.

Enough so the rubbers pinch the tray and silencer box but not enough to crush the rubbers was my experience 
Maybe about 8psi but I just do it by feel. They are the only things separating the silencer box from both the tray and chassis so a good place to start. .
Should have nigh lock nuts so don’t need to be too tight.

I think I might have found what could be the problem.
Searching on here all morning and describing the noise it seems others have had exactly the same experience and, guess what, it has nothing to do with the exhaust.
Chattering door solenoids they call it and it sounds like all the squeaking and creaking I have. Going to go out and check the door switches now.

I’ve had a door solenoid chattering, similar sound to a relay going on and off ( chattering) Searching on here all morning and describing the noise it seems others have had exactly the same experience and, guess what, it has nothing to do with the exhaust.

Lock or latch could be loose in the door or aperture causing the door to move
Check there’s not free play in the door hinges while your there.
Check the spring loaded actuator in the sill area is lubricated or has free movement.
