So, along with many I'm now on work from home for the foreseeable future. Not ideal when I'm used to a twin widescreen set up to have to now work from a 14" laptop.
2 options for me - Buy a standalone monitor that I can link my laptop up to via HDMI or buy a cheap (4-500) all in one PC. Space is at a bit of a premium so I don't want a full on desktop and I connect remotely via Citrix so storage also isn't an issue.

If I go for option 1 then any suggestions for something decent? What cable would I need to connect with and can I also use a wireless standalone keyboard and mouse through my laptop - thus alleviating the other issue of small keyboard and trackpad. What are the curved monitor like?

2nd option would be 1 of the following - https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/s_action/compare/101...
Any thoughts on these?

I'm not techy so if any of the above are obvious then apologies smile I could real off MTB specs all day long but computer specs I have no idea about at all.

A very good monitor, say a Dell Ultrasharp 27" will be £350
There are plenty of decent 27" monitors at £200 - BenQ are fine

The wireless keyboard and mouse will be USB, should just plug and play.

I'd go with a monitor, all of them machines are low ram, mechanical HDD and not great processors.

Decent monitor every day. IME 27" is a good size. Two A4 docs side by side but not too big for most desks. And not too expensive. I went for a Dell curved one with in built speakers and it's been faultless.

Might be a case of whatever you can get your hands on if you're not quick off the mark!
