Not a country fan but 'Ruby' always struck me as such a poignant and well crafted song. Still strikes a chord, RIP Kenny

His range of material was a lot more than the well known country songs that he did but I really only became aware of that when I saw him at glastonbury and he told the audience that the song Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In) (used in the film The Big Lebowski) was him - good song.
