Would we be allowed to go to work ( non emergency worker)

Can you go for a walk, a drive?

Could I stay at a hotel?

What would it change?

You may find out at some stage. Until then is is really a good idea to start yet another Coronavirus thread of fear?

In-laws live in rural France and are currently in lockdown.

They have all been issued permits, which they have to use if they want to leave their land. You are only allowed to use a permit 3 times a week, and there are 5 things on the permit which are acceptable circumstances for leaving your home. You can only do 1 of the 5 things per permit.

I can’t recall what what they are called, but the French equivalent of the National Guard are cited at all main road junctions inspecting permits.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a total lockdown for the two weeks up to Easter.

Only essential workers allowed to go to work.

Only allowed out of the house to buy food.

My marine fish in the office will likely die.

In France we are being softened up for a lockdown extension.By law the lockdown could only be implemented for 15 days, the senate have now changed the law.Macron suggested an extension and yesterday another government bod suggested it could be another 6 WEEKS.
An announcement is being made tomorrow.

Whatever lockdown is in the UK you need to take it seriously,in France the infection rate is growing fast and people are dying. The hospital in the North East are full, people are being shipped across the country to Bordeaux for treatment snd across the border to Germany.
