Error 144 plus bleeping when ignition off

I have error code 144 and the fog light on, bleeping from dash board and the flog light stays on.

I have just changed the alternator (added a diode to black wire), after it failed.

Any idea’s?

I would check the wiring to the fog lights, possible faulty light relay & causing the error fault message ?, just an idea.

Checked out the fuses and the relays, unplugged the ECU’s still no joy.

I have also noticed that the heater switches are not working, could it be the ECU?
