Mods, some help with CV19 please
Discussion
The main CV19 thread is moving too fast to see whether this has been posted:

It’s an app put together by Kings College Hospital that collects data on symptoms being suffered. Really neat way to collect a dataset on who has it, where, and their age/health etc.
Is there a way you can flood threads or forums with it? Or email the link to all PH members? Time is of the essence.
The only flaw in it I saw is that it doesn’t ask whether you’ve had the symptoms but have recovered. I’ve asked whether that can be fixed.
Thanks.

Thanks, I think within reason anything we can do a community/company/individual or otherwise effort to help with this virus should be done.
We are currently, bar I understand London, in the calm before the storm. Hopefully we have done enough to keep said peak of the curve low enough to have a repeat of the situation right now in Italy, but it is going to be very close, and we might well have f
ked it.
There are a lot of people out there now who have virus and don't know it, a lot of them will be fine, but a significant minority will not be, and when that is multiplied up nationally, that is a hell of a lot of people that are going to need hospitalisation, and a hell of a lot of people for the front line medics to deal with. And deal will knowing we don't have enough of the right PPE, that we don't really know in detail what we are dealing with, and that a very real number of their counterparts in the Italy and the rest of the world have died from doing so.
I fear that anyone who still thinks this isn't serious is going to get a rude awakening to how this stuff works.
