Plans for the next few weeks?

With the majority of us at home for the next few weeks, what's everyone's plans to keep themselves occupied?

I imagine once we're out the other side, cars, gardens and homes will never have been as immaculate.

I'm in the middle of laying a patio and building a glamping pod for the kids.

I’m supposed to be working. Send a few emails out every now and again then play solitaire.

My next mission is to split the HDMI signal from the sky box and send a feed to the tv in the bedroom via Cat 5 cable. Sounds easy but I’m going to have to trace the cable...

amazingly, my Valve Index VR helmet is due to be delivered, so I think i'll escape into an alternate reality for a bit!

(oh, and DIY, the hallway really needs a paint)

I'm wfh as well but work are so on my case want a plan for what I am working on for next 3 weeks, I even got moaned at today as Skype showed I had been away for 2hrs. I'm trying to look after my 4 year old and wfh at the same-time I thought they might cut me some slack but nope.

We're flat out busy in work (I'm on my lunch break) but we suspect it to go very quiet soon. We're IT support and whilst I've never actually done IT Support I'm mucking in when I can.

When things die down we'll either be selling more robust remote working solution for our clients and I'll be busy, or I'll be furloughed, hopefully topped up to full salary, we moved house 6 weeks ago and our usual savings are gone. Between the local floods and this we've sold a tonne of new kit and there's plenty of money in the bank to keep us all paid for months to come, but I'm worried the boss will be nervy and furlough any non-core workers...

Anyway, should I find myself with time on my hands:

Lots of planning so I can spend my daily outdoors time to maximum effect with minimal chance of getting within 2m of anyone.

Plenty of maintenance on my Mountain Bike, 'us' Mountain Bikers have been asked politely by Mountain Rescue / NHS via various clubs not to putting ourselves in harms way, so it's not going to getting pushed too hard.

Lots of DIY, I can wait to see what a mess I can make of the place before I pay someone to fix it in a few months.

Mostly praying for a reduction in restrictions in 2 weeks, cabin fever is a real worry.

Mainly trying to keep my job. Dealing with the Mrs on furlough. Being miserable. I stood in the sun in the garden for 5 minutes. That was nice.

I've started on The Ring Cycle. Haven't been right through it for years.

I got the timing wrong with my reading though, as I am just completing Proust. I started before Christmas. Had I known I would have left it to now to begin.
