I have been trying to get my Speed Six started but have found I am getting no fuel up to the fuel rail.
The fuse to the pump is ok and the relay works fine. What am not getting is any sound from the fuel pump when it should be priming.
Am I correct in thinking that it should have a good buzz when I put 12v across the terminals?

Nothing at all when powered directly to the pump terminals?

Perhaps it's jammed, try reversing the polarity to free it up

….I'd go back to checking for 12V at the pump terminals.

Then I'd double check fuse and relay - - if necessary by putting a meter on the fuse and holder - - and likewise with the relay pins/slots.

Don't discount the Meta immobiliser "hanging" preventing energising the pump relay. David Fairclough helped me over the 'phone, suggesting I check the 'flat' black cable that runs between the Meta 99T and the 36 (?) (also to the Dallas key port adjacent to the instrument pod). This cable has small connecting blocks/almost like mobile phone charging plugs, that get mucky and benefit from contact spray. - This worked for me about 18 months ago!
