Hi,

I am currently working from home and my employer is using something called Cyberoam VPN portal that allows me to access their servers etc.

Question is does anyone know if this gives them reports on my activity levels etc. and if so is this something they would need to monitor or would they be sent it automatically?

Thanks

Typically activity might be logged but it would be unusual behaviour for an employer to monitor this across all employees. More likely they have somewhere in some small print said that they could look at this data in the course of an HR incident or investigation.
It could also depend on configuration, they may or may not require all traffic to go through the VPN (web browsing for example), if not then they can't see as much you can test this by going to https://www.whatsmyip.org/ or similar when on and off the VPN. If on the VPN it looks like a work address then they are also logging your Internet usage (but similarly not actually monitoring it).

Or you could work for a very strict employer and your line manager gets a weekly report that shows you doing bu66er all every day.
