Landline divert to a mobile

I assumed this would be really easy but not so it seems. We get our landline services through Glow Telecom (waiting for contact from them) who use openreach lines. I've tried the BT *21* thing but I get told that service isn't available.
So is there another universal option or is it going to cost me (yet more) to run a business that is currently doing sweet FA.

Im with XLN, it’s costing £2 per month to divert the office phone calls

See if you can switch to voip lines. Then you can use an app on your phone/pc or just login to the control panel and divert to your mobile.
