NHS URGENT HELP NEEDED-Video conferencing equipment

From a local neighbourhood watch coordinator in Farnham, Surrey:

I have been approached by an NHS Manger in Hampshire who is coordinating the collection of IT equipment throughout the County and beyond, to support the new virtual way of engaging with patients, using video conferencing calls. He advised that "The most vulnerable will will still be seen in special clinics but for a lot of people that will not be possible. If doctors can diagnose remotely using video links or even just speaking to people using their computers it will make things easier and better."
