Battery Conditioner

Anyone know if this a conditioner, or just a charger?
I want to use it in my 2018 Vogue, but just not sure.
Also don’t know if any of the cigarette points in Vogue are capable of taking a charge. Anyone on here know?

I had one of these many years ago and as I remember it was a conditioner not a charger. Can’t help on the Vogue question though.

Charge-o-mat is a conditioner/maintainer rather than charger; it will maintain a current (sorry!) state generally speaking but has no capacity for strong charging.

If the RR has a permanent feed to the sockets it should work OK - Put a phone charger with an LED in it; does it come on? If the sockets are controlled (ie: switched off to conserve power after X minutes) you might need to run the car for a while to get the sockets live then attach the maintainer and switch it on - controlled systems generally have a set-up where as long as a voltage is present either from or to the sockets the circuit stays up.

If the RR is 'flat' and wont start; the charge-o-mat wouldn't be much help - the cables probably handle less than 2 amps.
