70 in a 50 - a13

Went through the average speed cameras on the a13 tonight at 70, bit before it turns off to the m25/dartford heading out of London because it goes from 70 to 50 for some reason, baffled as the speed signs are clearly visible in the Google maps daylight images. Just not in the pitch black, very annoyed at myself.

No doubt I'm in for a hefty fine I assume that lands me in the banded fine brackets?

Does it not relate to your average speed between two points? Any chance you slowed a bit between the markers?

If not, decent chance 70 on your speedo is 65 or so...not going to help too much but might lessen the pain.
