I need some software to help me organise tasks and projects. Something a bit more advanced than Outlook. Nothing too complicated though!

It would be nice if it worked over the web (so I can access it from home or the office)

Any suggestions?

Microsoft Project? Or is that a bit too heavyweight?

iirc Dons Company specialises in Web Based time management software..

Thanks for the recommendation!

John_P: What is it that is important to you? Lining up the tasks, scheduling them and checking they're all done? (You need Microsoft Project). Or do you have lots of people working on the tasks and need to know how they're spending their time on them? (Our stuff does this amongst other things)

Feel free to 'mail me through my profile and I'll be glad to recommend something to you.

It's just for me to organise my .. disorganised work tasks. A big Inbox full of emails doesn't cut it any more.

I'll check out Microsoft Project. I don't need anything to cover multiple people. Just something that says "Project X: Do a, b, c" and lets me tick off stuff when it's done, and maybe attach emails etc.

edit: £500! holy crap! er, any other suggestions?

Excel Spreadsheet if you want to do it on the cheap. You can do almost anything in Excel if you want to...

No problems, I have been digging further with Outlook and it's probably enough to do what I want. Also using a sophisticated system of SCP, imap, pulleys and string I will be able to access the info from home as well.

Next thing is to actually DO the things on my (expanding) to-do list Got any software for that?
