GPF in New Astons
Discussion
Hello, do you have any information if new AM models (DB11, DBSS, Vantage) come with gas particulate filter aka GPF? I tried to do some research but have not found anything useful. It seems there is no GPF yet. But for example, Ferrari 812 MY20 should be equipped with GPF (not verified, just discussed with one potential 812 buyer).
I would have thought that any main dealer would know this and suspect they will be installed to suit the demographic they are intended for.
Hopefully they will have greater longevity than a DPF unless this is just another money spinning idea from the manufacturers and governments.
That would explain why VW are now installing them on their TSi engines, not that VW have the greatest history on emissions info of course!
