Spare blubs for a T350?
Discussion
You are meant to take spare bulbs with your car when travelling in Europe... I doubt Halfords have a TVR T350 in their little flip chart thing, or do they!? How would you even change the bulbs? Had better take my manual with me I think! I'm leaving on Thursday, better get my arse in gear!

I have been thinking the same thing.
RAC site recommends spare bulbs but I'm not sure they are mandetory.
My tool kit has got all the spare bulbs apart from headlights.
I have generally found Halfords have never heard of TVR, but imagine trying to get the right ones in Carrefour!!
Better still, ever tried changing a headlight bulb

I'm sure my front light 'inspection covers' in the wheel arches are spot-welded in place!!!! lol Not a 2 min job at the roadside!

Toolkit? Do T350s come with toolkits? Or is this a later addition, or an optional extra? I got a can of tyre foam with mine at that was it. The dealer then kindly gave me a special set of jumpleads that have a plug which plugs directly into the socket on the bottom of the car. These two things just about fit in the hatch on the back of the car. Would be interested if people would recommend things I should look at taking with me for the car on a long trip in Europe (eg. oil, fuses...). I think I will start another thread for that actually.

If it is a standard thing I wonder why I didn't get one? Where does it normally live? Maybe I have missed a hidden compartment somewhere under a bit of carpet!? I think I have a very early T350 (built end of 2002, registered January 2003) maybe mine didn't come with this.
They also state that roof panel bags should be standard, have you ever seen one?? Also, the battery conditioner connector supposed to be standard also, according to the manual, but mine didn't have one, I had to pay to have it fitted! (only labour though, as there was no price listed for the actual connecter unit!
I have, however, the toolkit, and the fuses have come in useful, but have no idea what the Allen keys are supposed to fit!!!!
I just have my tyre foam wedged into the hatch in the back of the car with the jumplead set I have. Nothing else in the way of tools or anything else.
Think taking spare oil with me to Le Mans will be a good idea. God knows where it will go in the car though as there isn't really an abundance of cubby holes to use
Unfortunately the earlier cars dont have the hole in the base of the boot for the tyre foam so it gets put in the hole at the back. Looks like a can may have exploded in the past as well staining the carpet slightly

The tyre foam is useless, trust me! I have had to use it twice in the past, 2 different products, they both took ONE WEEK to set, when it should have taken seconds! What's worse, you cannot stop the stuff from going all over your alloys, and once it is set, almost impossible to get off, it's like the rubber has welded itself to the wheel (never to the punctured tyre though, oddly enough!)
Nice! I hope to God I don't get a puncture then! Might be better off getting someone else in the group to give me a lift with the wheel to the nearest French version of Kwik-Fit! although not having a jack or wheel nut remover that may prove even more difficult
What is it like running a tyre full of foam? I take it you need to slow right down?
Need to check my tyre pressures come to think of it before Le Mans. 30psi on the front and 32psi on the back? Is that correct? Is that on cold tyres or hot?
