Any old ravers on here?!
Discussion
I worked on the fun fair back in 88 and 89,and we did a few of the big illegal raves.we used to go to a club called land of oz where the dj at the time used to do our boss mix tapes for the rides, turns out it was Paul Oakenfold! I had copy’s of a couple of them that got knackered playing in the car in later years, what would they of been worth now!
Now I’m nearly 53 and still into dance music mainly listening to global underground and renaissance masters series, but having only just discovered Mixcloud am listening to dis soo g there own stuff.still can’t beat Sasha’s northern exposure mind!

Fred,
I'm 50, and lived through the acid house scene, and then the rave scene.
I still love the music, and still DJ every week (internet radio though these days).
Plenty of folks still about who put nights on, or DJ online :-)
I play on www.rave-radio.com but another great station is www.breakpirates.com have a listen to my mate Baz on friday evenings.
