Sport Pack ARB bushes
Discussion
Looking to replace the uber expensive AML rubber bushes on my 2009 Sport Pack 4.7 rear ARB whilst I'm under the car. Mine are fine, but have 30,000 miles on them.
Been in contact with David Appleby engineering who supply Aston nylon bushes, however they say the thickest Sport Pack ARB is 29mm. My ARB is 35mm - is that standard for a Sport Pack ARB ?
I know I'm not the only one looking for an alternative to the AML rubber - can't imagine they made the bushes themselves, so there must be an alternative fitment out there somewhere.
Anyone done any digging on this ?
Cheers
Jonny

Hi Jonny
Just checked the diameter of my rear ARB and it is 29mm and mine is sports pack. 35mm is a fair chunk beefier, wonder what you have fitted?
When I made simialr enquries regarding bushes (generally) the conclusion seemed to be OEM from AM are the only option, e.g. Polybush don't do anything suitable.

Gadzooks - it does weigh a fair old bit.
There was a sticker on originally with the part nr, but it got blasted off.
Bit of an update - Powerflex do a 35mm ARB bush for a 1999-2004 Land Rover Disco, so got a pair on order and will report back.
Looks like AM potentially raided the JLR parts bin again !

Just typed 29mm ARB bush Land Rover into Google and got this

No idea if it works, but possibly worth someone trying and if not, returning ? AML rubber Sport Pack bushes are £140/pair so this could be a good source.
