Pellet Smokers
Discussion
The one thing I appear to have plenty of at the moment is time - so an 18 hour cook for pulled pork is a welcome distraction.
This led me to start thinking about replacing my 10+ year old Pro-Q Frontier.
There are two very nice looking pellet smokers that I think are quite new to the market - the Weber Smokefire EX4 and the Broil King Regal 500.
Currently I quite enjoy setting up for an 18 hour burn on my Pro-Q, but those pellet smokers look really cool.
Has anyone used one in anger - if so, are the results good? and how much of a £15 bag of pellets does it use for a long smoke (or how many bags?)
