Normally I don't keep the left overs but in the current environment I'm keen to avoid wasting any food.

I've some left over Donner meat and chunks of lamb from last night's takeaway, what's the best way to reheat it please? Was thinking of frying in on a medium heat in a bit of sauce with the lid on.

Is this a safe / good way of doing it ? Don't want to end up ill in the current environment

Any advice much appreciated

I reheat it all the time - never had a problem sticking it in the microwave for 30 secs - 45 secs (until you hear it sizzling). Ideally you want the leftover salad and naan underneath so it soaks up the grease.

Microwave for sure. Oven dries it out and frying it hit and miss.

We have local shop who makes their own 100% lamb donna and he said reheat the same and works

Operation reheat is about to commence, will report back with the result. Making some home made chips to accompany the meat

Decided to go with a merge of some of the above suggestions, heated in a frying pan with onions and jalapenos with some sweet chilli sauce for moisture and flavoured olive oil

Wow get in there ,fried off meat is good ,getting rid of the paleness is top draw also adding some moisture to the already dried out meat ,crispy ,moist ,dark bab meat is the best ,

My own bab was great outside, the middle was a bit dry next day ,I fried it up for a few mins as I had a bread left ,was good a crispy

Whole lot in the microwave most Sunday mornings.
But since my local has shut that’s stopped for now.
