Hello fellow isolaties.

Im preparing my fibre glass panels for painting. They have previously been painted, but in places there are small holes when the paint has been sucked into the panel. Can anyone suggest the best treatment so it doesnt happen when i get it repainted .

Thanks. Stay safe.

I'm more inclined to think they're fisheyes caused by improper cleaning of the surface before painting.
Common with GRP due to the mould release agent used when the part is made - I do a lot of caravan repairs & on newer caravans ( as in not aged much) this can be a PITA even after thorough cleaning & an anti silicone additive may be required.

I would suggest sand smooth & refinish
