Leased car and parking fines

Hi all,
I'm having a bit of an issue trying to get some parking fines sorted out and hopefully some will be able to advise where I stand legally.
Background:
I leased a new car back in December and have a yearly parking ticket at my local train station. Over Christmas I logged into my parking account and updated the vehicle registration, so all good thinks I.
Fast forward to end of Jan and I start get parking tickets though from the leasing company. I call up the parking co and they tell me a mistake has been made somewhere with their admin and cancel all the parking tickets sending me an email to confirm. They also tell me they will refund any tickets the leasing co has paid for.
Over the next few weeks I keep getting parking tickets though from the leasing co and they continued to pay them.
I'm now in a situation where the leasing co are invoicing me for these tickets claiming they have had no refund from the parking co. The parking co on five separate occasions (I have emails for this) have informed me they refunded all on the 7th March and the leasing co need to contact them if they need further verification. The parking co did mention this isn't the first time this happened with this leasing co.
I've already paid one invoice for £75 and a further £300 is due on the 12th March. I don't want to pay these and feel like I shouldn't as the issue is between the leasing co and parking co and out of my control. Any advice on what I can do here would be great as I've been going round in circles with them both over the last two months!

If it is a standard leasing agreement usually for businesses then the registered keeper will nearly always be the lease co not the user, if it is a personal lease or pcp agreement, then it will normally be registered to the usermartinbiz said:
