What film am I thinking of

Clearly too much time on my hands, a film popped into my head and I cannot think of the title.
What I do remember is it involved a secret daughter that was in some kind of London based boarding school and he was some sort of master criminal or super hero.
Someone then found out his secret and used it to lure the character into the open.
Any ideas?
