I know the market is not functioning at the moment at all...…..but when we are allowed out and real prices can be seen... when will be the optimum time this year to purchase another Ferrari from owners who need to offload quickly.

is it worth posting a wanted ad....I see Chris Harris is saying less 30%......and I bet that's off a low trade bid to start.
