Insurance and SORN

I have a motorhome which I intend to SORN given the current situation.

If I do so will my insurance still be valid? I am with Comfort Insurance if that matters (I dont want to ring them at the mo if I can help it and I cant find an answer on line)

The vehicle is off the road and on my driveway.

Yes mate, insurance will be valid as long as the policy is in place, regardless of SORN status.

I reinsured my classic yesterday, it has not MOT or Tax, but in case anything happens to it while in storage I'm still covered, as per the T&C's of my policy (which is "bespoke").

Edit: SS2 below me beat me to it. Make sure it is stored as per the declaration you made on the policy if you specified driveway / carport / garage etc.

If your driveway is where you told them it would be kept when being 'stored', then the insurance will remain valid.
