"Pure Rally" events - anything seized?

So I've seen a 2005 987 Boxster 2.7 for sale in Germany, RHD & still on UK plates, hasn't been taxed since late 2017 & MOT ran out in early 2018. On one of the photos it is decked out with 'Pure Rally' decals, which as far as I can tell is a wannabee Cannonball/Gumball type event... anyone know anything about it? I figure it must have taken part in a 2017 event, but I can't find anything.
