YouTube App on iPhone - Audio Sync

In these recent times, I find myself watching more and more videos on the YouTube app on my iPhone. The audio is very out of sync. I've looked in various places for settings, but can't seem to see a way to change it. Anyone have any pointers?!

I have this issue when using Bluetooth with either Headphones or Google Home devices, either on Android or Linux/ChromeOS.

yup seems its a bluetooth thing. Helps turning off any processing anc or spatial effects etc
