Advice on 8yr old learning piano keyboard

My 8yr daughter was having (private) saxophone lessons at school and she seems to be taking to it. However, now school is closed the lessons have stopped and the saxophone goes back when school re-opens.

She can play from sheet music, but i think her understanding of the music theory is lacking. By this i mean she can read the notes but doesn't understand all the directions on the sheet. Timing/Beats is one area she hasn't grasped. Her lessons are limited and i don't think the teacher has time to cover everything, he just gets her to play the notes.

She likes to play on a relatives piano and we were thinking of buying her a keyboard for her birthday. However, i've no idea where to start and visiting a shop isn't an option at the moment. Don't want to spend loads (lets say upto £200) as she has other hobbies which take up a lot of her time.

Id be grateful for any recommendations for a decent keyboard? What are you getting for your money? I'm not too bothered about having millions of buttons for different effects etc, though daughter might have a different view.

Is there an App that is recommended to help learn the piano.

Any recommendations for Youtube 'teachers' for learning the piano or saxophone (whilst she still has it). We've watched a few different channels but never found one that gets her interested due to their teaching style. If shes not interested straight away she wont watch!

If she’s planning on having piano lessons, ideally get her a piano to practice on at home. If you need to get a keyboard due to space, make sure it’s one with properly weighted keys like a clavinova or similar. If it were me I’d get a second hand one on eBay as new decent ones are crazy money. If possible though, get a real piano.
