Not sure if this is possible as I have tried and failed but bit of background...

My team of 4 have a shared email address (team@company.com) this merely distributes any email sent to that email address to the 4 members...All good.
When they send an email out they copy in team@company.com so everyone knows where everyone is up to and when the customer is replying it goes to everyone, all good so far.

I am not in the mailbox and 99% of it is not needed by me and if they want an escalation or anything else they add me in to or cc as appropriate.

I have had to Furlough 2 people for now and as I'm working solely at home I want to help with some of the workload, this means getting added to the group, this is fine but I want to separate the emails from my own as they receive hundreds a day, so set a rule up and it moved them to a folder, all good so far.

The rule I want help with is for when I reply to someone copying in the mailbox if the person replies back to me with the mailbox in copy it goes into the mass of emails and I miss it, I cant see how to get the rule to move "CC team email" to folder but if "to" me leave in my main box.

Any help appreciated.

NB - I have set up a specific email box we can all access and looks far more professional... but as "we have always done it this way" always get said for now 'm happy to work with the current set up.

Guess it depends on your version of Outlook but on mine (Pro Plus 2016) I can create a rule that says "if my name is in the To box then move to Inbox and stop processing more rules". Then have a second rule that says "if my name is in the cc box then move to the cc folder".

Thanks for the reply, I may have done it after reading your idea, I didn't realise there was an "except" on the second page of the advanced.

I will see how I get on.
