1992 Griffith Owners Handbook

Hi folks, does anyone know where I can get a Griffith Owners Handbook, this is the small one ring binder with black cover. Mine has been badly damaged due to water? It is a 1992 Griffith 4.0 precat.

the pages have "glued " together so I am trying steam to separate then but a long job

Thank you so much guys and Stevesprint, brilliant, I have been trying steamimg but very slow process and even then the pages will not unstick, rescued some but not all. But this pdf is great.
