Connected Drive - Send Destination To Car

Hi

I had this working just fine on my previous BMW.

I now have a new 2020 340 MSport. The connected app connects to the car and tells me the mileage, fuel level etc so that’s all fine. If I use the app to find a destination and click ‘send to vehicle’ it says ‘Log into your account in the vehicle to start navigation’. Anyone know how I do that please?

Just in case anyone else has the issue:-

You go to the car - apps - service partner - select a BMW dealer - confirm - then there’s a place to login to connected drive and everything works.

Nothing I could find online or in the manual, I just found it by trial & error. I sometimes think this stuff’s designed by blokes who wear anoraks and still live with Mud & Dad.
