Do I Need AntiVirus?

Windows solution is fine for most users
This. Plus most of the other vendors have a sideline in hawking crapware/scareware, including Avast IIRC.I quite liked Avira until recently, but then they started bundling a fake optimisation app and "driver updater" with their free solution that "found" loads of nonexistent problems and asked for money to fix them.
I don't think anyone needs to pay for AV in this day and age, unless you're an enterprise who wants a centralised management console or EDR functionality.

Windows solution is fine for most users. Install uBlock origin and avoid dodgy stuff and you'll be fine.
This- used windows defender and have ublock installed (used to have Adblock plus) for years and never had any issuesAlso uMatrix is also worth the 'hassle' of it.
