Removing Door Cards

Hi all, does anyone have a picture of the inside of the drivers side door card showing the location of the threaded studs.
I ask only because it looks like I'm going to have to cut them to get the card off as the threads are totally rusted and all my attempts have succeeded in doing has been to round off the nuts. Yes I know, I should have plastered them with copaslip when last they were off ten years ago.

Hi above is a quick photo with measurements along the door panel from the front. The front bolt is 5 inches up from the bottom of the door middle bolt between mirror joystick and 12v socket is 4 inches up from the bottom and the back is 4.5 inches up from the bottom of the panel
